Our interview assessment services do not replace HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles. It does not involve sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, or managing the hiring process. Interview assessment services may include sitting in on virtual interviews as an observer or listening to recorded interviews and providing post-interview written feedback. The focus remains on analyzing communication patterns and response structure rather than directing the interview or interacting with the candidate unless requested in advance.
